You are invited to relax deeply and slip into a dream-like state while being “bathed” in waves of sound produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, tuning forks, and the facilitator’s soothing voice.

There will be an opening circle that will include mama and baby introductions with the possibility of journaling prompts and or the opportunity to share with the group.

Please dress comfortably, and feel free to bring a blanket and warm socks.

Tea and a light snack will be provided.

No experience is necessary.

A note from the organizer: After experiencing a stillbirth in 2021, I discovered that connecting with other bereaved parents was an invaluable aspect of my healing process. Sharing experiences with those who understood what I was going through made me feel less isolated. It provided me with a safe haven where I could honestly express my struggles and talk openly about my baby.

Together, let’s build a supportive community for families who share similar experiences of loss so that no one feels alone as they navigate this devastating journey.

We heal in community.
